Our vehicles were involved in an accident on Cambie Road in Richmond BC outside the parking entrance of Aberdeen Center on Saturday December 1, 2018. At around 4:15 pm, your vehicle collided at the back of my vehicle when you were making a left turn on Cambie Road to enter the Aberdeen Center parkade behind my vehicle. Fortunately no apparent injury was observed at that time.

Please review the preliminary estimate of the repair for the rear bumper of my vehicle for this particular incident. The grand total is USD 729.52. 

I will offer you an opportunity to settle this incident without reporting the incident to ICBC if you agree to pay the grand total and any associated transfer fees and currency exchange rates through electronic transfer. Paypal is preferred and my account is my email address in this email.

Should you choose not to accept this offer by 4 pm on Tuesday December 4, 2018, I will file a report to my auto insurance company and provide them the photos of the incidents, my witness, and copies of your driver's license and ICBC policy to open an investigation.

Usually, settlements comes with a Release statement. 

Example:

Release: By completing the transfer of funds, it forms a bilateral consent that each party will release the other from subsequent liabilities in any shape or form related to this incident.
