Hi, Andy,

Thanks for information, Today I went to the AT &T retail store to check the price, then went to Stanford Apple Store.  I bought the iphone 7 as consider that it is the newer version. iphone 7 32GB, $649.00.

I went back to AT&T to upgrade my data plan services.  So I got my upgraded phone, I've just talked with your Mom and I am learning the functions.

Thanks again, Regards, Goretti.

Hi Aunt,

I assume you're not planning to buy the Plus iPhone models (the larger screen models). Below are a couple of my thoughts you can factor in in your decision:

- iPhone 7 32GB is selling at $649 and iPhone 6S 128GB are selling at the same price on Apple store . If the retailer you're going to buy offers you an iPhone 6S 64 GB, then the retailer is not honestly selling you the current iPhone 6S 128GB model.

- 32GB and 128GB refer to the memory storage capacity on the phone. The memory storage is used to store photos and videos you took (if you take them), the photos and videos your friends and family share with you, any songs you like to store and listen, and the data from any phone apps you have or install on your phone.

- 32GB is sufficient if you don't take photos or videos. 128GB should be more than sufficient if you want to store your photos and videos (assume they are shared to you by your family members) on your phone and don't want to learn how to transfer them to your laptop to save the memory storage on your photo.

- Compared to iPhone 6S, iPhone 7 has a better camera for taking photos and video. If that doesn't appeal to you (e.g. because you don't take photos), then consider that iPhone 7 has a faster processor. Apps will run faster (sometimes a lot faster). Apps are the foundation of the iPhone. Any actions you do such as making a phone call, video conferencing with your family members, browsing internet, reading email, you need to open an app to do these actions.

As you can tell, it all depends on the way you would like to use your phone. I'd encourage you to go to Apple Store to try out iPhone 6S and iPhone 7 before you buy it as the Home button feels different. It's also a great opportunity have your questions answered by the Apple Store staff (they're there to help more than to sell).

Hope this helps.

Best,

HI, Andy,

I am going  to get a iphone next week,  the iphone 7 32GB is about the price of iphone 6S 64 GB,  for general use, what makes a difference betw 32GB & 64 GB?

What other things I need to ask the salesman?  I appreciate your advice.

Thanks, Regards, Goretti.

👏🏽, Andy.
I think iPhone will be a much better fit for aunt than Samsung.
