Chartle and Desktop Excel

Is there any solution like Chartle we could embed in excel as an
object and plot our data in private?

You can already decide to keep your data private when publishing a
Chartle by logging in to: http://www.chartle.net/mygallery

Some of the Chartles use Javascript or Flash to fully function - so
there is no possibility to embed them in Excel -- unless you could
somehow embed an iframe or a browser window in Excel. I don't know if
you can do that.

Some Chartles are plain .png bitmap images, so you can save them and
embed them in Excel. Also you can take screenshots from Chartles that
use Javascript or Flash and embed those screenshots in Excel
(obviously all the interactivity of those Chartles is lost after
taking a screenshot).
