My client is a Private Limited Company engaged in electronic equipment manufacturing viz Satellite communication Antenna Systems in Hyderabad, India is having a turnover of about Rs 36 crores per year looking for a Company Secretary for whole time employment who should be a Member of Institute of Company Secretaries of India with sufficient post qualification experience. In addition to Company Secretarial matters, an opportunity will be provided to work in other functional areas such as Accounts, Finance, Tax, Audit, etc., Salary to start with will be around INR 3,00,000 per annum.
