Fact: Company A Pvt Ltd incorporated in the year 2009, now company wants to print MOA and AOA of the company
Query 1: In
old
MOA of the Company there is three sub clause of the Object Clause and third is other object clause, and now at the time of printing MOA, can company delete the other object clause from the MOA of the company by virtue of law as in the Companies Act, 2013 there is no provisions of other object clause? Query 2: In current AOA of the company in definition of the private company, maximum members is 50 members is written, and now at the time of printing AOA, can company change and take 200 members limit virtue of law as in the Companies ACt, 2013? or alteration procedures requires to be follow in both case?
