FACT: ISSUE OF SHARE OTHER THEN CASH EQ+ PREFERENCE : 
want to issue equity shares and redeemable preference shares as purchase consideration for purchase of undertaking on slump exchange basis. (issue other then cash)

​QUERY: Shall i issue ​redeemable preference shares or 
​
Non-cumulative Optionally Convertible Redeemable Preference Shares and and equity shares on preferential basis for consideration other than cash by following section 62(1)(c) as purchase consideration???
