  • Company Incorporation After 02-11-2018 ?
  • As per new inserted section 10 A for every company incorporated after 02/11/2018 there is need to file a declaration by a directors and subscriber within a period of one hundred and eighty days of the date of incorporation of the company and also verification of its registered office, Plz anyone tell me that in which FORM Such declaration is need to be filed with MCA and From when such form are available????

Dear Sir,

Earlier, when the similar provision was notified under section 11, the Form that was required to file was INC-21. However, until now, no form has been offiially notified for the filing under section 10A of the Act.
