query resignation of CFO ? MG14 applicable or not ?
In a Public Limited Co, as the KMP provisions applicable to the Company, current CFO is resigning and new CFO wiil be appointed in the place of resigning CFO, the query is regarding that whether we have to File Form MGT-14 for resignation and appointment of CFO.
