This is a full time remote opportunity and payment will be in the range of 2000-4000 USD Per Months depending upon several factors.

The Accounting Associate will work with the other members of the BOS teams to ensure the following tasks are completed:
· Processing of all client payables (bookkeeping / AP)
· Tracking and maintaining detailed information related to all client assets (cash, investments, business interests, real estate, physical assets, etc.).
· Preparation of client reporting package (monthly/quarterly)
· Daily monitoring of client cash accounts
· Monitoring, reporting and reconciliation of all client credit card activity
· Tracking and managing all tax-related information and distribution to client’s accounting team
· Facilitation of all quarterly / annual tax payments and returns
· Preparation of account paperwork for new banking and investment accounts
· Tracking of all portfolio distributions in internal reporting platform
· Transmission of critical data to clients’ advisors
· Administration of client Foundations and small business entities (partnerships, LLCs, etc.)
· Tracking clients’ international travel in order to notify credit cards of travel status
· Processing payroll for operating entities and/or household staff
· Creation of 1099s for client vendors
· Maintenance and upkeep of internal CRM and data management system
Skills and Experience for Success:
· Experience working with multiple US based business clients
· Strong general ledger, accounts payable and cash management skills
· Critical and strategic thinker who thrives in a quick pace, ever changing, complex environment
· Experience with financial software including Sage, QuickBooks/QuickBooks Online, reporting tools, and Office 365
· Exceptional communication, writing, and listening skills
· Team player with a high EQ willing to “roll up their sleeves to do what it takes”
Qualifications:
The ideal candidate will be a qualified CA with few years of working experience at big 4. Candidates who are pursuing CPA(US) or are qualified CPAs (US) will be preferred.
Compensation:
Compensation will be in line with candidates experience and qualifications. The candidates will also be entitled to vacations and other benefits. A final offer will be made to the selected candidates.
Work Timings:
This is a remote work from home position. candidates will be required to work M-F at least 8 hours a day. Work hours are flexible but must overlap few hours to US EST time zone for team zoom calls.
Training:
3-4 Weeks of Training Will be provided to selected candidates.
