BECOME AN ACTIVE MEMBER?

Please consider: 1) taking on a specific regular task (at least 1-2
hours per month) for the Charter for Compassion Network (see some
options below), and/or 2) allowing us to identify and publicize work
that you’re already doing as an “affiliated project”?

If so, please let us know by sending an email to charter-for-
compassio...@googlegroups.com

QUESTIONNAIRE ON COMPASSION

A period at the end of the link interfered with some people accessing
the Questionnaire on Compassion, which is at http://www.surveymonkey.com/s/B27FTVJ

If that was the case with you, please try again.

And if you have not yet completed that eight-question survey, please
consider joining John Vasconcellos, former Dean of the California
Legislature, Doug Dowd, economist and author, and more than 35 others
who have. Replies will be anonymous unless the respondent authorizes
identification.

A full report on all responses will be distributed and everyone will
be invited to discuss the responses and related issues.

CIRCLES OF COMPASSION

In Rochester, NY, John Testa has organized the first Circle of
Compassion, which consists of Charter for Compassion supporters who
commit to self-development, community service, political activity, and
mutual support. They meet at least monthly to enjoy each other’s
fellowship (perhaps including sharing a meal or refreshments), conduct
a semi-formal support group, and engage in planning as needed.

If you’re interested in starting a Circle, please let us know. John is
available for consultation.
