Why not WebView for rendering Charts

I am new to Android space i am wondering why still people are using charting libraries for applications that reads data from the internet and shows the chart or graph in android instead of using a webView to do the work which makes the app more uptodate , flexible and easier

It might come as a surprise to you, but not everybody "reads data from the internet".
Internet is not globally available to everybody all the time.

I am talking about applications that requires internet to fetch data assume some thing like an app that shows the live statistics of something ,for that kind of an application which  needs internet as a must why do we go for native graph libraries and in case of situations when there is no internet or no requirement of being online we can obviously use the webView and cashed data if applicable ..

I am asking about is there any  other issue other than being online which lead to this practice .
