Force BarChart stack

Hi Karl,

thanks for this great application. Makes charting a lot easier! I'm
just about to implement it in AnkiDroid. There is one thing which is
necessary to match it with the "mother application" Anki Desktop:

Can I force Chartdroid to show the needed BarChart always stacked?

Besides, I'd like to force fullscreen mode. Is this possible?

Oh, and another thing: the stacked option is reset when changing the
orientation...
