Domains in API paths

In order to help our customers using multiple subdomains in an account we have started to include domain names in the path data returned from the API. Hosts added prior to 3/30/12 may not contain the domain in the path, contact sup...@chartbeat.com to have it added.

See the toppages api as an example.
