Great service. However, I need some information on the various
metrics.

What is an active visitor?

When will an active visitor become idle?

How do you determine that a specific hit is an active visitor? When is
he no longer active (session timeout, moving to different page, both,
etc.)

How do you determine "writing" (we get way to high numbers here).
