Trying to find the Author and Title of a short story I read in Asimov's Science Fiction Magazine

Is anyone a reader of the Asimov's Science Fiction monthly magazine? I am hoping you read a short story about a photographer that lost his daughter and suspects she was murdered. At the same time this happened a new technology was invented that when a murderer is put in this high tech machine and is put to death or dies, the victim or victims they killed comes back to life with no memory of being killed but are in full health.

I think this was written between 2006 - 2010. It was published in the Asimov's Science Fiction monthly magazine. I am trying to find the authors name and the title of the short story. 

Or if you have any ideas on how to find and author/title when you only remember parts of the story.
