According to =en Google Nest Aware Plus comes with "up to 10 days of 24/7 video history". According to my Google Play Subscriptions I just have the regular Nest Aware subscription - not the Nest Aware Plus subscription. So how do I get the Nest Aware Plus subscription?

-Aware/No-option-to-upgrade-to-nest-aware-plus/m-p/232270... says that you need to cancel your Nest Aware subscription to get the Nest Aware Plus subscription. I did that but now, in the Android Google Home app, when I go to Settings -> Nest Aware, I'm not seeing any options to purchase a new Nest Aware Plus subscription. All I see is to resubscribe to the plan I had before.

I removed the Nest camera from the original account and added it to the new account and was able to add Nest Aware Plus through the link you shared. It seems like the Android app just defaults to the non Plus version so it's like you *need* to go through the URL if you want the Plus version.

I'm happy to see you got things worked out. I just wanted to follow up real fast to see if there's anything else you needed or to see if you had any other questions. If there's any more you need, just let us know.

Last week when I photographed this stunning rufous Red-tailed Hawk I saw no signs of her mate or nesting but yesterday I found her again and at first she was alone and perched on a leaning wooden post. She was lit up by the early morning light with sagebrush and rabbitbrush in the background.

Side note: This Red-tailed Hawk has light colored eyes, she had the same color eyes last year when she nested. This Red-tailed Hawk is definitely an adult but she has lighter colored eyes than most adults I photograph.

I did take photos of both the male and the female working on the nest but I am withholding those images to protect the location and their nest. If I seem a little vague when writing about these nesting Red-tailed Hawks that is being done purposely.

There was at one point an aerial skirmish between this pair of nesting Red-tailed Hawks and a Golden Eagle that flew past, this pair of hawks took to the air and chased that eagle off. In this photo the male is taking a break from nest building on the same perch I found the female on earlier in the morning.

Note: These photos were taken from inside a vehicle being used as a mobile blind with sufficient distance between the nest and the vehicle so the hawks went about their business naturally. The comfort, safety and well being of the birds is always more important to me than the photos, especially during the nesting season.

So when we put in the new driveway it was widened a bit, which made the narrow strip of lawn between the driveway and the Crabapple Bed even narrower and more pointless-looking. So last year I said to myself, why not take up that last bit of lawn and plant bulbs? Alliums, specifically, which were much on my mind at the time. So I did.

This is the first time I have planted A. caesium. I love the blue flowers, though they are not as large as the catalog indicated. The centers are a pale blue, with darker blue veining. Unfortunately, I think I need to move them to the west-facing side of the bed. Right now they are shaded by the foliage of other plants and I suspect they do not get enough sun. Also, not sure this plant should spread out in a narrow strip along the driveway, which to my eye works better with Star of Persia.

On a totally different front, we have Chickadees building a nest in the new birdhouse hanging by the back porch window. We recently spent several hours watching the little black-capped birds flitting in and out of their new home with beaks full of moss and other nesting material. Judy took this picture through the window with her phone.

Your allium collection is nice. I love those Persian stare bursts. I planted some but they were in too much shade. Not good I can say.
I often have trouble figuring out what to plant at the base of tall allium so I am no help there.
Lucky you having chickadees building a nest where you can watch them.

If by sparrows you mean house sparrows, we have them too and I really despise them. But yes, the opening keeps them out and I attach a metal ring that keeps them from chipping around the entrance to get to the nest.

Star of Persia certainly is pretty in your garden. I was not sure what to think of that see-through floral density. I think that in our landscapes, it might look like a strange agapanthus. I still intend to limit my first selection to the two cultivars that I mentioned earlier (Purple Sensation and perhaps Mount Evereste). After that, I do not know if I will try anything else.

I think you probably get a better choice of plants than I do. I have been disappointed in my efforts at growing from seed this year. I am considering forking out more and buying a few plants on the internet to give me more variety.

I really like that Star of Persia allium. It does look rather galactic with its silvery star-like structure. I am also wondering about what to use for underplanting for some new alliums. As yours are next to the driveway, maybe some herbs that smell good when walking past? For example, wild oregano. The smaller butterflies and lots of pollinating insects adore it, and it spreads well.

Hi l have deco m9 plus (2 units). My nest hello doorbell is connected to my main m9 unit. It keeps disconnected after a certain amount of time, sometimes a day, sometimes a couple of hours. Is there anything I can do to fix the unstable wifi connection?

2. Sometime I restart the deco unit. Sometime I reconnect the doorbell to wifi by following the instructions in nest app. If the disconnect happen at the night when I was sleeping, I do nothing and the doorbell managed to connect back by itself, because I can see the notification (pushed notification from nest) said that your doorbell has been offline for 10 minutes. That is how I know my doorbell disconnect Ed from deco.

@Kaiyuan Hey man, I found a solution... I think. I set the Nest Hello as a priority device in the QoS settings. So far no drops and the camera feed loads at least 55% faster when I pull up the Nest app or website. I hope this works for you! It doesn't seem like it needs a separate 2.4 GHZ channel.

My guess is that when a device is set to priority, it doesn't do that weird DHCP lease thing where it expires by default due to the terrible "Smart DCHP" setting that we should be able to turn off in the 1.6 firmware update, whenever that happens...

You can include PrefabAn asset type that allows you to store a GameObject complete with components and properties. The prefab acts as a template from which you can create new object instances in the scene. More info
See in Glossary instances inside other Prefabs. This is called nesting Prefabs. Nested Prefabs retain their links to their own Prefab Assets, while also forming part of another Prefab Asset.

In Prefab Mode, you can add and work with Prefab instances just like you would do in Scenes. You can drag a Prefab Asset from the Project windowA window that shows the contents of your Assets folder (Project tab) More info
See in Glossary to the Hierarchy window or SceneA Scene contains the environments and menus of your game. Think of each unique Scene file as a unique level. In each Scene, you place your environments, obstacles, and decorations, essentially designing and building your game in pieces. More info
See in Glossary view to create a Prefab instance from that Asset inside the Prefab you have open.

The added Prefab can be reverted or applied to the outer Prefab in the same way as other overrides (either via the Overrides drop-down window, or via the context menu on the GameObject in the Hierarchy), as described in Editing a Prefab via its instances. The Overrides drop-down button is only on the outer Prefab. Once applied, the Prefab no longer shows the plus badge, since it is no longer an override, but is nested in the outer Prefab Asset itself. It does however retain its blue cube icon because it is a Prefab instance in its own right, and retains its connection to its own Prefab Asset.

Sea turtle nests laid by loggerheads, green turtles and leatherbacks have been monitored at the seashore since the 1970s. In 2015, a nesting record of 289 nests was set, followed by a new record in 2016 when 325 sea turtle nests were recorded along the National Seashore beaches.

The high number of sea turtle nests appears to be a multiple-year trend all along the Eastern Seaboard, according to data from seaturtle.org, which actively monitors sea turtle nests all around the world.
