how to retrieve the eccurve parameters or pairing curve parameters

I am trying to develop an encryption scheme using charm-crypto, which involves solving discrete logarithm on elliptical curves.

To do that I need to know the curve parameters like order of the group, the base point and the order of field etc.

Can you please suggest the way to get them through charm-crypto.
