To be Krishna conscious we should remember 3 basic things:
1. A (no Anxiety): We should stop our
anxieties once for all. We should be completely anxiety-free leaving
everything in the hands of Krishna.
2. U (no Uncleanliness) : We should be
completely clean both inside (mind) and outside (body). As long as our
mind is simple, it will be clean. But when we complicate things, then
our mind becomes unclean. Simple and straight-forward thinking, Eating
simple food-stuffs, Sleeping in simple manner without too much of foam
etc, keeps our body and mind very clean and healthy.
3. M (not Much eating): Over-eating has to
be avoided. We should not stuff food inside our body as if it is a
garbage truck. We should eat only those food items that are easy to
digest and healthy and that are offered to the Lord.
If we remember these three things AUM, then it is the sound
representation of Krishna (OM). In this way we can always stay close to
Krishna.
