Friends and Hillary Supporters,
(1) Great news: the campaign will open an office in Raleigh tomorrow,
and they will office their Charlotte office on Thursday. All of us
have been invited to the Charlotte opening, which will take place at
5pm on Thursday. Please search your inboxes for the invitation. If you
did not receive an invitation, please visit the following URL:

Tiffany Kingery, the volunteer coordinator, contacted me and asked me
to alert our group to the opening. I hope everyone will attend.
(2) Polls - PA, IN, KY
Obama's surrogates and assorted pundits claim Hillary should withdraw.
But the polls in states yet to vote reveal that Democrats want her to
remain in the race.

While I am pleased with the results in Indiana and Kentucky, I notice
the gap is narrowing in Pennsylvania. WE MUST TELEPHONE PENNSYLVANIA.
In fact, I may hold a telephone bank at my home on Saturday for that
specific purpose. If you would like to join me, please write me or
telephone me.
The recent Public Policy Poll of North Carolina voters employed a
problematic methodology, which explains why I will not discuss it
here. I hope SurveyUSA will poll North Carolina again. SurveyUSA, by
the way, has been the most accurate pollster this primary season.
(3) Other Events & Suggestions
Nathan has scheduled two happy hour events to occur on 10 and 17
APRIL.

http://www.hillaryclinton.com/actioncenter/event/view/?id=11980
Our group can schedule other events, and I am open to your
suggestions. We can register voters, make posters, plan Honk for
Hillary events and continue our letter writing campaign to the DNC,
superdelegates and to media outlets. We also have a debate party on 16
APRIL at JoAnn's clubhouse. Perhaps we should schedule a Pennsylvania
election returns party on 22 APRIL. Feel free to submit your
suggestions to me.
(4) Website
http://www.charlotte4hillary.com
Trisha (
redwi...@yahoo.com) manages our group's website. Feel free
to comment, and feel free to submit content to Trisha. If there is an
article you believe others should read, please submit it to Trisha.
Also feel free to submit photographs of your yard signs to the
website. Let us show the country that Hillary has support in
Charlotte. And do we have photographs of the Bill Clinton events last
Friday?
(5) Great Editorial in the Pittsburgh Gazette

(6) Pat Kirby's Timeline of Women's Contributions to American
Political History
Be sure to read it and comment.

I hope everyone is doing well. I look forward to seeing everyone on
Thursday at the Charlotte office, and I am open to everyone's
suggestions for our group's role in delivering Mecklenburg County and
North Carolina to Hillary Clinton. Believe it or not, our membership
is increasing. We are a talented group, and we have a real role to
play in the 6 MAY primary. Let us make Hillary 44.
Sincerely,
Kenneth Brummel
