So far, no one's thrown out any options for presentations at our November meeting. Are there any topics on which people would like to either present or see presented?

What ever happened to the "tools" idea?  E.g., we demo our out personal productivity tools.

That's a GREAT idea, has anyone any input on that topic? Maybe set it up so everyone who shows up gets to contribute, like an open-spaces discussion of .NET tooling?

I'd still like to see a node.js/SignalR presentation

I could give the SignalR one. I'd almost pitch the idea to have a this-and-that sort of demo, wherein one of us shows SignalR and the other NodeJS on Windows.

Love it.  Can we broaden the scope?

I've seen lots of dumping on pomodoro lately from group members, I'd love to demo the wiki and pomo integration I use daily.  Well, almost daily.

I could also do stupid powershell tricks if anyone has interest - very low key, fun, practical, and time-saving tricks.

I also think the "tools" idea would be great. I can totally see everyone cracking open their laptops and showing the VS add-ins, Nuget packages, and other things we use on a regular basis. We could also reference Scott Hanselman's 2009 Ultimate Developer and Power Users Tool List for Windows (http://www.hanselman.com/blog/ScottHanselmans2009UltimateDeveloperAndPowerUsersToolListForWindows.aspx).
