Required Skills

10+ years of strong experience in app modernization or legacy code translation
Strong understanding of legacy enterprise ecosystem like IBM Mainframes
Excellent working exposure of one or more legacy programming language / tools like COBOL, CICS, JCL, SAS, REXX,PL/1 etc.,
Good Exposure to DB2/IMS
Understanding of contemporary tools like Java, Python or JavaScript is a nice to have
Ability to multi-task while balancing changing organizational priorities
Good communication, organizational and leadership skills
Any work experience in Mainframe Modernization projects is a plus
