Noticed new plants in former dead areas in the neutral ground on Esplanade? 

New flowers, trees, and plants popping up in parks on either side of Esplanade? 

That didn't happen by itself.

It was the work of Parks for All in conjunction with City of New Orleans' Parks and Parkways.
