The Crescent Moon Library opened today at 3301 Grand Route Saint John near the corner of Vignaud Street.
Relax and set a spell on yourself and others as you read at the table next to the Crescent Moon Library.

Or, if you're on your way to the bayou to watch the submarine races, pick up "The Hunt for Red October" for some inspiration.

Based on the Little Free Library concept, the Crescent Moon Library encourages you to take a book or leave a book.
Like many buildings in New Orleans, the Crescent Moon Library has been shored up. It's raised for reading.
Check out the books in the basement!

Or, if you have extra canned goods, leave them on the porch of the Crescent Moon Library
then rest assured they will be given to those in need.

The Crescent Moon Library is one of many take-a-book / leave-a-book locations in Faubourg St. John
While not an official "Little Free Library", it is based on the concept.

The most recent official Little Free Library is located at Terranova's at 3308 Esplanade.

Donald and Michael also have a Little Free Library at 1220 North Gayoso.

Margo Goulas has a Little Free Library at 2909 St. Ann.

The Daltons have a Little Free Library on Desoto near the corner of North Gayoso.
I'm not positive but, I believe the Daltons had the very first Little Free Library in Faubourg St. John!

There is also a Little Free Library on North Lopez near the corner of Maurepas just down the street from Liuzza's by the Track

I apologize if I missed a Little Free Library that you frequent. If you know of a Little Free Library in Faubourg St. John not already mentioned,
