I was just talking with my neighbor about how I needed to study the amendments so I could be sure about what I was voting on.

Not long after our discussion, a flyer arrived in the mail from State Representative Matthew Willard.

He's not on the ballot but provided simple non-partisan explanations of the amendments without any political rhetoric.
