Workout is at 630 at MacMahon field by Hampton Park downtown. Corner of Moultrie and Rutledge. We are doing the pluff mud Tuesday workout as it was postponed due to soccer. Bring running shoes and cleats.

Killer workout yesterday. Stacey, Brodi, Bud, Cate, NGM, EO.
Stacey and Brodi organized, lots of running and some directional change drills. Also, NGM and I did a 20 minute KB set before hand. Feeling it today!
