Back by popular demand.... Hill runs!
6pm, meet at the base of the Ravenel Bridge on the Mt. P side. Park by the golf course/hotels there, or at the lot underneath the bridge and meet at the base of the walking path on the bridge.
We'll warm up at the park under the bridge, then walk up and get started around 6:15.
Warmup
We'll have cones set up at 0, 10, 20, 30, 40 and 50 yds.
Workout is full sprint up to the target cone, slow walk back. As soon as we all reach the start cone again, run again. We will rest ~30 seconds before we start on a new distance.
