Anyone have any interest in doing something this afternoon around 6? I was thinking kettle bell, but I'm open to suggestions.

I'm in. Perhaps a kettle bell partner workout?

You are your partner must complete the following:
200 kettlebell swings
100 Turkish Get-ups
2 Miles of running

That sounds fun! Let's meet at the Citadel Track at 6. If we have the right number of kettle bells and the right number of folks we'll do a partner workout. If not, we'll just crush ourselves.

If anyone has a KB, or a dumbbell of an appropriate weight, bring them. #35 is about the max weight any of us want to mess with, anything down to #15 will be a good workout. See y'all at 6!

Warmup, stretch.

5 rounds continuously of a sequence of 5 exercises. 1 minute per station. First 3 rounds, 45s on, 15s off, 4th and 5th round, 30 on 30 off.
The exercises, in order were:
two arm kettlebell swings
laying down leg raises
turkish get-ups (alternating arms)
mountain climbers
body-weight sumos (10 foot lifts, then a rocket jump)

This workout was BRUTAL! I haven't sweat that much in a while. Great work everyone!!
