Saturday: 10 mile bike
Sunday: 15 mile bike
Tuesday: 8x100m swim, 1.5 mile interval run (10:15), 1:20 pickup
Wednesday: 8x 100m swim (I hope!)
Thursday: Lunch- WW (since I'm missing it this afternoon)

Friday: Insanity
Sunday: Kettlebell Work
Monday: 2 mile run and practice
Tuesday: Insanity
Wednesday: Light WW
Thursday: few points at league
Friday: Rest
Weekend: Sectionals!!!!!!!!
