Found this awesome cross fit workout that only takes 30 minutes to complete and i felt like it did a lot for me too!

The rotation:
10 body weight squats
10 push ups
30 second plank
15 power jumps
20 reverse leg lunges
10 pulse ups

90 seconds between rounds. Complete 5 rounds. If you are in really good shape and like the simplicity, yet want more of a challenge, i suggest cutting the rest down to 60 seconds between rounds and changing the exercises with 10 reps to 15 reps. It'll be about the same time. Anyways, enjoy!
