Now that summer league is over, i'm going to incorporate a little more cross fit into my workouts. My workouts are now going to be a mix of insanity and cross fit. If i stumble across a cross fit challenge, i'm going to post it to the group.

Cross fit Challenge: Mary
Active Warm-up and strecthing (10 minutes)
MARY
AMRAP in 20 Minutes (As many rounds as possible)
- 5 handstand push-ups
- 10 one legged squats (10 for your left leg and 10 for your right for a total of 20 reps)
- 15 pull ups
I completed 6 rounds completely before time ran out. Very tough workout.
Cool down and stretching (5 minutes)
Total time to complete workout: 45 minutes
