Dear all,
The Cultural Affairs Unit in the Public Affairs Section of the U.S.
Embassy Rangoon is pleased to announce the 2013-2014 Global
Undergraduate Exchange Program (Global UGRAD Program). The Global UGRAD
program will provide semester and one-year academic scholarships to
outstanding undergraduate students for study in the U.S.
Attached please find the UGRAD Program announcement and application
form. The application deadline is November 6, 2012.
In addition, Embassy staff will conduct information sessions (in Burmese
language) at the following locations:
