Volunteers & Donations Needed!

Hello Band Families!

We are so excited to get our season off to a great start with our first game performance this weekend, and our first competition two weeks after that! I am linking a few different sign-ups and forms here, so it can be your one-stop-shop for (most) everything we need help with this fall. 

General Volunteer Roster - Please fill this out to help us know who is willing to help in each different area we may need. (Take special note of the help we need building props for the show. That is a high priority item.) It takes a village to support our kids, and we all have different strengths and talents to share. If everyone contributes a small amount, it will add up to a great benefit.

Competition Volunteers - Here is where you can sign up for specific dates to chaperone or drive truck to our competitions. (Even if you included these activities in the general sign up, please also sign up for the specific date here.) We're still awaiting finalized times for some of the events, but if you know you're generally available, please sign up as soon as you can.

Home Game Volunteers - Here is where you can sign up to help with home games. We need uniform helpers & water haulers. (Even if you included these activities in the general sign up, please also sign up for the specific date here.) Both are quick, so it's not a huge time commitment, but both are so needed and appreciated.

Snack & Water Donations - It takes a LOT to fuel our kids when they practice and perform! We would like to gather as many of the donations at the beginning of the season as possible. We'll keep the sign-up open thru September, though, so if you aren't able to help right now, please feel free to check back later to see what is still needed. We also have an Amazon list if the convenience of having it sent directly to the boosters is better for you. 

Monetary Donations - Finally, we are set up to accept monetary donations of any amount $5+ via Zelle (using the email address bvnud...@gmail.com) or Square. There is a field to leave a note, so if you intend for your donation to go to something specific, please let us know. This is a great option if you'd like to contribute but can't make it to the store right away, or have a smaller dollar amount available in your budget. Every little bit helps, and is so appreciated by the band!

Thank you in advance for sharing your time, talents and other resources. The sooner you are able to sign up, the sooner we will know how much help we still need to find. With 120+ kids on the roster, hopefully everything will come together with many hands doing a little instead of a few hands doing a lot.
