New Show Shirts are In! Wear to the Game and Six Flags

Dear Band Family:

Students should arrive tomorrow at 5:15 wearing their new 2022 Show Shirts for the home football game. We will wear the marching shirts for the football game and Six Flags both. 

Friday: Arrive at 5:15 wearing the new show shirt. Please send water with your student and cases of water to share in the stands. We will dismiss after halftime. Halftime is usually around 7:30 if the game is going quickly. Do not wear your marching band shoes yet. Wear jeans or shorts and athletic shoes. We will not wear our full uniforms tomorrow. Plan to wear full uniforms on Sept 9 if the weather is not too hot. 

Saturday: Arrive wearing the new show shirt. We will wear the new shirt at Six Flags for our performances and parade. After the parade, the students can change into lighter colored clothing. St. Louis is usually about 7 degrees warmer and quite a bit more humid than Champaign. Arrive at 6:50 AM to load the buses. Bring Water and Bring Snacks to donate. Bring money to buy souvenirs and snacks. The students will have the donated water and snacks for the bus ride home if we have enough donations.

10:30 PM Arrive at Centennial. 

Thank you for your help with ticket costs! We received a handful of donations to help students who were unable to pay. Any families who still owe or would still like to help, please send payments or donations. :-)
