New Communication - SportsYou Groups

Dear Band Family,

The Centennial Bands are moving to a new communication platform, sportsYou. We hope this will lead to better calendar communication across the school. 

Within sportsYou, we will be able to provide a single location for shared messages, documents, and calendars.

SportsYou can be accessed online (www.sportsyou.com) or on the sportsYou app. You will need to create an account and then input the access code for the group. There are several groups and you only need to join the ones relevant to what your student participates in.

Concert Ensembles (Both Concert Band & Symphonic Band) - XQ7455HW

Jazz Ensembles (Both 3rd Hr Jazz Lab Band & 2nd Hr Jazz Ensemble) - GNFZHW6T

Once you are in the "team" it will ask for your position. Please mark yourself as family. Within each team, you can edit your "player info" (3 dots on the right side in the Members screen). Please add your students' names here.

If you are helping your student set up their account as well, they will join the teams as "players" and in their player info they will put their instrument. This is different for each "team", so please indicate what instrument they play in each ensemble.
