Dear Band Families:

Next week contains three performances.

Tuesday, the 26th (first day back next week, no school Monday)

Bring your band shirts and shoes to your locker at school so you can change after school. Do not wear your band shoes at school. Put them on after school. 

4:00 Get band uniforms and put on your band shirt and shoes

4:30 Load buses and depart for Urbana

7:00 Show starts with Central, Urbana, and Centennial all playing their field shows. The Mayors, the Superintendents, newspapers, and TV stations have all been invited. 

7:50 Show ends

8:30 Return to Centennial to hang up uniforms.

Friday, 29th

Home Football Game

5;15 Call Time at Centennial

6:50 Pregame

7:00 Kickoff

7:45ish Halftime performance. We will dismiss after halftime. Wash your band shirt for the next day's competition. :-)

Saturday, 30th

11:00 Rehearsal at Centennial 

12:30 Uniforms, snacks, and load 

1:00 Depart

2:30 Arrive at Mt. Zion to watch bands and meet students from other schools

4:30 Depart for warm up area

5:30 Perform

6:20 Awards

Friday, October 6th Home Football Game 5:15 call

Wednesday, October 11th 6:00 call 7:00 Marching Band Awards Concert in the main gym

October 12th and 13th parent-teacher conferences. 

October 16-20 Fall Break

Thank you for all of the donations of water and snacks!  We will need to keep the snacks and water going for each of these events next week. Please see the attached flier and help spread the word for next Tuesday's combined event with Urbana and Central. All monetary donations and a portion of the profits from the food trucks will be split equally between all three bands.
