Centennial Band Family-

 

We have a very busy week coming up, as the year draws to a close.

We want to make sure everyone is informed on all of the Centennial Band events for the week.

 

Monday, December 12- Spring Gala and Auction Volunteer Meeting- TONIGHT!

The date of the Spring Auction has been set for Saturday, April 21, 2012

For a successful event, we must begin working on plans right away!

We encourage all Centennial Band parents to attend, bring your ideas, and help us get off to a string start for planning this event.

 

 

Tuesday, December 13- Annual December Concert

Call time 6:15, Concert starts at 7:00

See e-mail from Mr. Allen for details on program and attire.

 

Yankee Candle and Butter Braid fund-raiser items will be distributed after the Tuesday concert.

Band students need to go downstairs to the Centennial Cafeteria to collect fund-raising items.

 

Also Student Account statements and NYC Trip Account statements will be handed out in the upper lobby following the concert.

 

 

Thursday, December 15- Jazz Night at Market Place Mall

Performance from 5:00 - 6:30 pm.

New York City payments are due!

The first installment for the New York City trip has been due since last Monday.

Students: $387.50

Chaperones: $337.50

 

Please make checks payable to Centennial Band Boosters.

You can bring your payments to the concert on Tuesday night.

 

Credit Card processing available for NYC Trip payments.

Please see Co-Treasurer Heather LaFoon after the concert Tuesday night to make trip payments via credit card.
