9:45 a.m. Students arrive at Centennial for attendance at check in table
Students should wear their new marching band shirts and lightweight shorts that will stay on all day/evening. We will wear the shorts and shirts under the full uniforms. Colorguard will change in bathrooms. Students are not allowed to change clothes on the buses.
10:00 Rehearsal begins
12:00 Load buses and depart for Washington High School
2:00 Arrive in parking lot A
4:00 Get dressed and check uniforms in silent sectionals
5:00 Depart for warm up area E

After the performance, hang up uniforms neatly. Wear warm layers if cold. Students will continue to wear their band shirts and shorts. Layers can go over the top. Colorguard will change in bathrooms. Students are not allowed to change clothes on the buses.

9:45 Depart for home
11:30 Arrive at Centennial to unload equipment. We will use the SportsYou App to send a more accurate arrival time. Please be at Centennial or have a ride arranged in advance for your student when the buses arrive.
