putting 1M EVs on the road is the resistance of oil/energy companies to
conversion to more efficient electric power.

How 'bout we go get a chunk of that? I would like to think that <
Pittsburgh / CMU / ChargeCar > would be able to put together a
compelling entry in such a competition. Let's hope Biden can get it
passed. Which reminds me that some of the ChargeCar leadership was
hoping to get extension of the $7500 tax credit to include
_conversion_ EVs. I wonder what has come of that effort?
