OK, no high tech chiller here, but other than that, this all-grain brewing rig is really killer.
I have seen pix of these things, but never a demonstration like this
Remember HLT = Hot Liquor Tank, or the sparge water vessel.
Not in the video, but on the website He has a Therminator rigged into this thing too, using the HLT tank with ice water to feed the therminator
It's so hands off. It's beautiful. (sniff, sniff) Beer is chilled in 20 minutes.
