We're planning a brew session and gathering for this Saturday evening, February 7th- and I hope you can all join us at 613 Park Ave. We're expecting to start at 7pm and we'll be at it until we pitch the yeast, sometime around midnight. This will be a multiple-mead brew session, we’re hoping to brew six batches in one night. This’ll be a record…so you don’t want to miss it! As usual we will have a few different brews to serve that evening- including several different mead varieties and some assorted beers.

Unless the weather changes drastically before the weekend, we won’t be needing any ice for the chilling process. The snow and icicles will do the job just fine. If you would like to bring something, though, we won't turn away drinks or snacks! We will have the heaters out on the porch, and of course you’re welcome to hang out in the house if you get chilly (don’t stay home because of the cold).
