Hey y'all,
 
Hope all is well in public-health-land. So the previously-closed climbing
gym at Rams Head is finally open. A few of my classmates are going to get
belay certified there so that we can climb in the summer. If you'll be
here, you should come with so that we'll all have belay partners for the
future. What's more, all the classes and belay tests are free for this
summer (normally they're around $20-40 I think?).
 
If you've never climbed before, the gym has free newcomers-only climbing
sessions on Fridays. If you have, you can either just take the belay test
or the "class" to get certified (they don't take certifications from other
gyms, obviously). Either way is free and will get you certified.
 
You can sign up in person at the SRC--my classmates and I are going May
6th. Hopefully I'll see some of you out there!
