kill our cluster

hi 
i'm looking for a framework that will allow me to trigger chaos testing on our redis software cluster . 
it needs to be able to communicate with ENV-0 by API to raise and destroy clusters . 

it needs to trigger APIs to the redis cluster ( create / change / delete ) 
it needs to have the ability to SSH to the instances and run python or go code . 

and needs to have a nice dashboard and monitoring 

i'm currently looking on 2 frameworks - Gremlin and Reliably , but open to hear about others also .
