Announcing the VOID and the 2021 VOID Report

Hi Everyone,

Today, we’re announcing a project that we've been working on for a while now that I think this group will find interesting: the VOID (Verica Open Incident Database) which makes public software-related incident reports available to everyone in a single place. Along with the website, we've also released the 2021 VOID Report which has some very interesting yet counterintuitive findings. 

Our hope is that the VOID brings more transparency and information sharing about software-based failures and outages and generates new, better questions and community discussion.

PS - Even though you have to use an email address to get the VOID Report, your email is not shared with the VOID partner companies and is used only for VOID-related announcements and news. We are making this more clear in the download process, but in the flurry of media interviews and press announcements, we probably won't have that updated for a few more hours.
