As build season goes on, there are a few tasks which must be done ASAP:
1. We need to know everyone's T-Shirt size. Please tell Linda or
Lesley what size you want by or on Saturday. This was announced at
multiple meetings. It is NOT hard to just say "I want a
small/medium/large please". The first T-Shirt is covered by your dues;
additional T-Shirts cost $10.25 each.
2. EVERYONE needs to be registered in STIMS [1]. MEMBERS WHO HAVE NOT
REGISTERED IN STIMS WILL NOT BE ALLOWED TO ATTEND ANY FIRST SPONSORED
EVENTS INCLUDING REGIONAL COMPETITIONS AND THE FIRST CHAMPIONSHIPS.
Sorry for all caps, but this is *very* important. We would prefer if
this was done sooner rather than later. Everyone should submit their
paperwork online - so do *not* check the box that says "I do not wish to
submit online paperwork". This makes our lives _much_ easier. Remember
that you have to type our team number in (612 - you should all know that
at least by now) and that we are part of FRC, not FTC.
3. We do have confirmation for the Chesapeake Regional [2] (March
8-10). We need to know which members are planning on going and if they
plan on traveling by themselves or with the team. The team will rent
shared hotel rooms. The current estimated costs for this regional for
members traveling with the team is around 50-60 dollars (not including
food), as this regional is not covered by dues. WE MUST KNOW IF YOU
PLAN ON ATTENDING BY 1 FEB 2012.
4. Also, please let us know if you are attending DC Regional [3] (March
29-31). We need to know about this regional as well by 1 Feb 2012.
