Hey marketing people here are our notes from the last meeting!

Air N' Scare is on oct 29 from aprox 2 pm-9 pm
FLL is on Nov 12th from aprox 8 am- 6 pm (all day event!)
Engineering Expo is on oct 22 from aprox 1pm-6pm
so far we have Miranda, Catie, Sooyeon (sorry if I spelled that
wrong..) and Alec signed up for FLL. Miranda Alec and Vi are signed up
for Air N' Scare. Miranda and Alec are signed up for the engineering
expo.

Due Dates:
for our news later here are the rough dates we were thinking of

[october-november] - Early december
[January-March]- Mid/late March
[March-April]- Late April/ early May

We want our first draft of the news letter to be ready by October
26th. The final should be done on November 1st.

Fundraising:

-lucky rubber ducky
-bake sale
--movable bake sale(bring baked goods to all your classes)
--Friday morning bake sale
--Afternoon bake sale
-cake walk
-carnival games
-Cupcake toss
--you toss cupcakes at robotics club members, or toss pie tin
filled with whipped cream (cheaper)
-Pumpkin toss/launch
--launch pumpkins at targets
-- possibly mini pumpkins because they are cheaper
-raffle tickets
--1 desirable prize and you can buy as many tickets as you want
-tape teachers to poles in the cafeteria
--the teachers did this a couple of years ago... pay money for each
piece of tape used and eventually the teachers are hanging from the
ground by tape


Friday Morning Bake sale:
-waffles
-donuts
-coffee
-other breakfast foods

Location:
downstairs near the main office; in front of auditorium.
or in front of lecture hall
