Hey everyone,

Just a friendly reminder that field trip forms are due soon! Very soon.

We need:
1. Field Trip Form
2. Emergency Care Card
signed and returned to us *Wednesday*! That'd be the 21st.

Copies of both documents are attached. We only need the first two pages
of the care card - don't bother printing out the third. We're not Mr.
Demek, we don't feel an insatiable need to kill trees :)

Get your stuff in ASAP!
