Dear PP Vito,
 
Yes, your DSG fund should be US$1,000 and I am sorry for deposit mistake (US$636 was the amount I thought we have to reduce but after your clarification, I agreed to give you the full amount !)    OK I shall deposit the difference US$364 x 7.78=HK$2,832 into your mother club's bank a/c again and will advise you once we do it.

Thanks your revised report which should be OK now.   Once TRF approve all our reports, we will release the Grant by deposit to your mother club bank a/c.   Could you pls also advise details of your mother club bank a/c ?

Dear Vito,
 
Thank you for your great effort but please pay more careful attention to our requirement and REVISE AGAIN as per my following comment:
 
1.  Your report must be SIGNED and must indicate who did the report
2.  In your financial summary inside the report file, you listed out Income DSG $7,800 and your club own funding $5,054.70 so total added up to only $12,854.70.  But your total expenses is $14,039.30 so Income and Expenses not balance !
3.  In your Expenses portion, you should also list out the cost by big items like Xmas & Easter Party meal charges, Banner, Materials etc. 
4.  Please note that we have only approved DSG US$1,000=HK$7,800 so your detail Financial Report breakdown (Excel file) should revise to indicate DSG total $7,800 and not $8,984.60 !
