Hello,

I can help out here if anything needs made for the site? Just let me know. I just watched the video posted by Gerry this morning. I'm trying to fight off a vicious cold so I haven't been expending extra energies on things sorry to say. Anyone have a good cold remedy I could try? I'm up for suggestions. Thanks, Katie. Our next step is to assess the skills we need for
success and gather up the skills we have.

Re: colds I'm a use homeopathic meds. Go to Romes or Country Way and
pick up some Belladonna. Take 2 under tongue 2x day between meals
until symptoms get better. :)
