[changecamp] Need help converting photos of plan to a spreadsheet

Mark or possibly someone else,

Do you have time before tomorrow night's meeting to type in the stickies from the event plan we did on the wall last week into an online spreadsheet? 

I created a spreadsheet here:

Each column is part of the timeline. Put one sticky in one spreadsheet cell. There is enough room for 6 stickies per week for each of marketing, logistics and team.

Josh and I just completed a quick job of putting Gerry's photo stickies in the spreadsheet:

I also spoke with Mark Kuznicki this afternoon and he has blocked off an hour starting at 8:45 p.m. to be with us via skype (markkuznicki) at tomorrow night's meeting.

Awesome guys. Just took a look at the spreadsheet, a good start, does need some tweaking to move some items to other sections. Can others help out here before the meeting? That will save us time tomorrow night just to get back to where we started (hey that would make a great song). 

Also, feel free to add in other ideas as well.

I'll send out an agenda shortly...
