Update from meeting, next steps

Hi everyone,

I posted an update on our session tonight as a video, just for something different. I sometimes find it easier to blab for 4 minutes than to capture thoughts in words. Thought I'd try posting it to the public site as a way to get more attention and put a face to the team.

We *really* do need an all hands gathering this week to build the foundation for getting started. If you want to be engaged in organizing ChangeCamp in any serious way, we need you at this meeting so we have a shared vision, understanding of how to work together and a high level plan to achieve our initial goal of a ChangeCamp event. 

I value everyone's time greatly and have put together a series of exercises that will keep you engaged and highly productive, maybe even make you smile once or twice.

I've proposed some times to gather this upcoming week.

When can you meet to launch ChangeCamp Sault?
